1. Returns and Refunds:
Important Notice: Video Proof Required for Complaints

To ensure transparency and resolve order-related complaints efficiently, we kindly request all customers to record a clear, continuous video while opening their package upon delivery.

This video must show:

    1. The outer packaging (with the shipping label visible)
    2. The unboxing process in one take (without cuts or pauses)
    3. The contents received clearly
    4. This video will serve as proof in case of any disputes related to missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

No complaints will be entertained without valid video proof.

We uphold a no return/no refund policy once an order is placed. In exceptional cases, contact us at theherbcompanyind@gmail.com. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Request a return label before sending the package.

2. Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue promptly.

3. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at theherbcompanyind@gmail.com.
